Our 14-Day Return Policy
To make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable, we provide a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to start a return if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Conditions for Returns
Regrettably, we are unable to process your return if any of the following conditions apply:
1. Worn or Washed: Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
2. Missing Hangtag: The original hangtag is not attached.
3. Altered Items: Items that have been modified or customized.
4. Odors: Items that carry strong odors, such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
5. Incomplete Returns: Items returned without all original packaging, accessories, or gifts included in the order.
6. Past Return Period: Items returned after the designated return timeframe.
7. Non-Returnable Items: Items designated as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
8. Incorrect Items: Items that do not match the original order.
9. Excessive Wear and Tear: Items that exhibit excessive wear and tear beyond normal use.
10. Incomplete Documentation: Returns submitted without a completed return form or valid receipt/proof of purchase.
11. Misuse of Product: Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
Before removing the hangtag, please check your garment for any stains or manufacturing defects. Claims cannot be processed once the hangtag has been removed.
Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Prepare Your Return Package:
Carefully package the items you're returning. -
Ship Your Return:
Create your own shipping label with a carrier of your choice, Please keep your tracking code safe, so that we can refer back to it in case of disputes! Make sure to return your order with a tracking code or through registered mail. -
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your return, it goes through quality control, which can take up to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note, your bank may take extra time to post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately(within 24 hours of receiving your order). If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase.
Exchanges
For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our return policy.
Please be aware that returns failing to comply with our policy may be refused at Muhajirun.co's discretion.
Refunds
Once the return is received, the items go through our quality control process which can take up to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient as your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

- Proof of Shipment: Please keep your shipment's track and trace code as proof, as we require it for any investigation into missing returns.
